“As someone who was new to CrossFit, I was somewhat hesitant to get started, but Great Lakes CrossFit provided the best introduction to a great workout experience. The foundation classes were beyond helpful to develop good form and understanding of the movements involved in the workouts. The coaches are extremely knowledgable and know the importance of recovery and taking care of your body- they include yoga classes and have a PT on site (amazing!). One of my favorite parts about this gym is the sense of community.. even at 6am, everyone in the gym is smiling and having a good time. And how can you say no to an occasional beach workout on Lake Michigan?”
